Our Weather & Service Guarantee
We know Illinois weather is unpredictable. Here is how we ensure you always get fair value:
During Dry Spells (Value Protection) If the weather is extremely hot and dry, grass growth may stall. We never mow "just to bill you" if it damages the turf. Instead, our crew will use that scheduled visit to perform detail work—checking for weeds, edging, and ensuring the property is tidy—or we will skip the cut to protect the lawn. Note: Monthly package rates are calculated based on an annual average of visits; consistency ensures you are covered during high-growth months.
Excessive Growth Policy (Double-Cuts) Sometimes, due to heavy rain or rapid growth spurts, the grass may grow too tall to cut in a single pass without leaving clumps or damaging the lawn. In these cases, we must perform a "double-cut" or bag the clippings to maintain our quality standards. This service is billed at 1.75x the normal rate. We charge this reduced rate (rather than a full 2.0x charge) because we do not have to travel to your property a second time.
